Preserve the beauty of vegetable-tanned leather for a lifetime.
Daily care
- Store upright in the dust bag, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
- Avoid overloading; respect the bag’s structure.
- Keep perfume, oils, and dark denim dyes away from the leather surface.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
Vegetable-tanned leather
French vegetable-tanned calf develops a natural patina. Slight tonal shifts are a mark of authenticity, not a defect. Do not soak. Use only conditioners recommended for vegetable-tanned leather — never silicone-heavy “instant shine” products.
Hardware & lining
Gilt hardware may be polished with a dry microfibre cloth. The black nappa lining should be emptied of loose items overnight.
