How do I place an order?
Browse the Collection, select colour and size on the product page, then Add to Bag or Buy Now. Checkout supports card, PayPal, and Apple Pay (demo gateway).
What is vegetable-tanned leather?
Our calf leather is vegetable-tanned in France using plant-based tannins rather than chrome. See the full process on our Vegetable Tanning page.
How long is delivery?
UK orders typically prepare in 2–3 business days. Track any order with your order ID or tracking number on the Tracking page.
Can I return a bag?
UK consumers may cancel most distance contracts within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Unworn pieces in original condition may be returned as set out in our Terms.
How do unique product codes work?
Each model has a permanent code (e.g. AAL-ASL-001 for Asel). It appears on product pages, invoices, and packaging for authenticity and aftercare.
Is checkout secure?
The live demo stores orders in your browser for presentation. Production deployments should use PCI-DSS compliant providers (Stripe, Adyen, Worldpay) with Strong Customer Authentication.
